About performance

When two pairs of mixed-up lovers and a troupe of amateur players stumble into the forest of feuding fairies, reality is upended as chaos and mischief abound. Anything can and does happen in this tumultuous, dreamlike world. This fast-paced and contemporary production of Shakespeare’s famously enchanting comedy is brought to life with quintessential A Noise Within mastery.

Content Advisory: This production will use strobe lights, smoke, and haze.

STAGE RAW TOP TEN… BOLD, OUT-OF-THE-BOX ...a dramatic, brooding visual spectacle that celebrates the dark night of the spirit world… a visual and auditory feast.”

-Dana Martin, Stage Raw

WOW! ...Nobody does William Shakespeare with more originality and flair than A Noise Within.”

-Steven Stanley, Stage Scene LA

AN AMAZING ROMP! ...a cast willing and able to kick out the jams and literally run (and briefly fly) for the length of the show… knock[s] it out of the park… Fast paced dialogue and genuine appreciation for Shakespeare's words all meld to create a fun and funny production… really, really wonderful.”

-Michael Sheehan, On Stage Los Angeles

BEAUTIFUL, DYNAMIC AND HOOKS US INSTANTLY ...Positively dreamy from start to finish.”

-Evan Henerson, Broadway World

A TRULY PUCKISH PRODUCTION ...gets high marks for its innovative staging and fine acting."

- Robert St. Martin, The Hollywood Times
